Story
Opal is an affectionate, silly, 4yr old, 105lb girl that needs to get out on a piece of property and stretch her beautiful long legs for longer than just a few short outings each day. Even though she’s primarily kenneled, Opal is still a happy girl that will really thrive in the country, with a fenced, large area for her to run and explore. At least an 1/2 acre or more would be ideal! If she hears something amiss, she will let out her big booming bark to chase off unwanted guests and critters. Although she really is a sweet, submissive, very affectionate girl with her people. Her deep bark makes strangers think twice about coming in unless invited. She’s the perfect property guard dog, even though she has no aggression in her temperament whatsoever. When she is first introduced to new people, she will be a little timid. But after about 10min and a few treats, she’ll begin to show them what a silly girl she really is. She will also bark when she’s ready to come inside to hang out with the family or to nap in her kennel during the day. She is wonderful with her people and loves to lay her head in your lap for lots of petting. . She likes to play ‘catch me if you can’ with her people, too, so a teenage child that has plenty of energy for her would be ideal. She does still need training and she’s a big girl so kids must be over 14yrs old. Although she can get along with some other medium to large dogs, she can be selective and a bit bossy so it would be best if she is the only animal in the home. Barn cats are ok but no indoor kitties please. Opal is fully crate trained and house trained so she can be left home alone for a reasonable amount of time

Brandon is a 5 1/2 year old St, Bernard mix. He is a gentle giant. He is a little standoffish when meeting a new person(s). He is very affectionate once he knows you. He loves rubs and scratches. Brandon loves going for walks and checking out the many play yards here at the ranch. He is very mellow. He would thrive in any size family. He follows commands and is eager to please. He loves his treats and is very gentle when taking them. He doesn't like cats. He is one of the sweetest loving dogs. Brandon is eagerly waiting for his forever home. ##1533014##

Story
Meet Bella! We've been fostering this sweet girl for about 6 months, but are moving overseas and can't take her with us. She is a great family dog, and loves to cuddle! She has a strong chase instinct, so would do best in a home without cats or other small critters, but would love to live somewhere she has lots of space to run around. Bella is super sweet but has some anxiety, especially if she doesn't get enough exercise. We play fetch with her in the back yard and walk her 40min. 3x a day and that does the trick. She loves people and enjoys going on walks or going to the park with her humans. Bella is really interested in other dogs, but she was a COVID puppy and can be awkward in social situations. We've been working with Bella on this, and training works best with a combination of praise and treats. She loves being told she is a good girl and that she is brave when she tries new things. :) She seems to do best with chill dogs and small adult dogs. Thank you!
