Story
We found Berkley 11 years ago while on a walk. She was running around a fenced yard with several other puppies, not abandoned. We contacted the owner, who was giving the puppies away, as his dog got loose and ended up pregnant. Berkley was a ball of fun when she was a young puppy. She was (and still is) full of energy when she's outside with her ball. Chasing her ball is one of her favorite things to do. Berkley grew up alongside a Great Dane. Berkley is such a good dog, naps most of the day, and loves to run outside and play ball. She has a great disposition, but she is getting older (11 years old), and it’s become clear she needs to be in a home that doesn’t have small children. We want NOTHING more than to find her a good, safe home, where she can be loved and cared for the last few years of her life. Aussie Mix / 11 years old / Inside Dog / Needs home with no small children, small dogs or cats / Up to date on vaccines / Spayed / Some arthritis in left hip.

Story
Fancy, born May 2020, is a beautiful Staffy mix that is stunning inside and out. Named for the Reba McEntire song, Fancy was found giving birth to a litter in an abandoned shack. Saved by her foster, she has remained without a forever home long after all her nine pups were adopted. Fancy is a fabulous dog with an outgoing playful personality. Affectionate and submissive, she is wonderful with everyone she meets. Fancy is all butt-wags and smiles and so much fun. This pup is incredibly bright and eager to learn. She adores children both big and small and enjoys being with other dogs. Cats, however, are not a good fit. Fancy is a considerate housemate and both housebroken and crate trained. She would enjoy having a large fenced in backyard. Fancy is fully vetted and anxious to be with a family of her own. Story
Violet was pulled from the shelter just before being euthanized after spending 4 months there. She then spent 3 months in foster before coming to Bully Me Not. She has a healed wound on her side that definitely is caused by humans, yet she is super sweet! She does have some leash reactivity with some dogs, and will not back down from a fight. Otherwise, she has shown to be dog friendly. She is a big girl and a bull in a China shop, so small children may not be a good fit. Violet is a great girl!!

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Leon is a fun, friendly boy! He is estimated to be about 1 ½ years old. He loves kids and loves his female foster dog sibling. We are not sure how he would do with male dogs or cats because he hasn’t been around them yet. Leon captures everyone’s hearts everywhere he goes and is such a great boy! All he needs now is his forever family. Leon is currently in a foster home and below is a little bit of what his foster mom had to say about him. “Leon is probably one of the easiest ones that I’ve fostered. He just loves life. Tail is always wagging. Loves it inside, loves it outside. Let us give him a bath and cut his nails. Sleeps in his crate all night - not even a peep! Enjoys being with you but also can entertain himself with a good stuffed animal. He’s just happy no matter what he’s doing. He’s pretty perfect and anyone that adopts him will be lucky!”Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.April 22, 2024, 3:49 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Halle is a very sweet girl. She has a beautiful sleek coat and is dainty in her movements. Super loving once you give her a chance to get used to you. When we first got her she was very scared, army crawling everywhere.. She lacked confidence. Halle would need slow introductions to animals and humans. If you are someone that is patient and confident in your ability to handle dogs, Halle is the girl for you. I promise once you give this amazing girl a chance you won't be able to let her go.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.April 22, 2024, 3:49 pm
