Ink just turned 1 year on April 12, 2024. He belonged to my grandson, who has since moved into an apartment and can't keep him. He's a sweet dog, eager to please. He is housebroken, crate trained, walks on a loose leash with verbal reminders. He will sit for treats. He's good with other dogs and cats. He loves to run and play. He's a quick learner if you use treats. We are seniors and don't have the time or the energy to give him the attention he needs.

We got Hilde (short for Brunhilda) in the summer of 2023 from SA Pets Alive as a foster dog. After a few weeks we realized that she was wonderful and decided to keep her. Hilde is great with kids, amazing with cats and chickens, and is an all around good house pooch also she is very energetic and can go on multiple mile runs with my wife and I, and can play fetch for hours. Furthermore she is well trained and can understand sit, lay down, stay, come, and will wait for your command to eat or enter / exit doors. Unfortunately we are entering a new phase in our life and don't think we can continue with our little Hilde as we go into it :-(. What we are looking for in a new home is someone who has had dogs before and preferable someone who already has a dog in their house. Hilde is a rescue and she has anxiety. This manifests in difficulty being alone in a crate (or at home) and difficulty going to dog parks (without a dog friend).

Hello! My name is Jema. I'm 3 years old, spayed and up to date on my vaccines. I'm as sweet as can be, all I want from my future adopter is lots of belly rubs and kisses! I'm leash trained, potty trained, very good left alone inside of a home- I understand you have to go to work every now and then so you can afford to buy me lots and lots of toys!! I love to swim, go on car rides and nature walks... but I really prefer to sleep on the couch all day... While I'm non-reactive in public, I do have to be the only pet in the household. We acquired Auggie temporarily in Sept. 2023 to help find him a new home. Original owner always had him crated and neglected and owner was not taking proper care of the pup as he was ready to move and had plans of abandoning him. After bringing him home we figured we would see how things go with our other dogs and planned to keep him. We already have two older dogs, a Havanese and Shih Tzu so adding Auggie wouldn't be an issue. Auggie was taken to our family veterinarian to update him on his immunizations and to have our vet conduct a wellness check; our vet mentioned that he was a year old and still a pup. He is in great health and is a 60lb teddy bear. We have decided to find him a new home after 5 months because our 8 year old Havanese is not taking well to him and has become very aggressive and antagonistic toward him. We have to separate both pups to different areas of the home. We feel Auggie needs a home where he's the only pup where owners can dedicate time to him.
