Our adoption center & Spay Clinic is open by appointment with approved application. We are located at 571 NE 44th Street, the NW corner of Prospect (44th) and 6th in Oakland Park, FL. Our application is available online: www.animal-aid.com where you can also view all of our adoptable dogs and cats. The $600 donation we are requesting will help the next dog or cat in need and includes our medical program; 5-way vaccines, rabies vaccine, de-worming, blood test for heartworm and tick diseases, spay or neuter and microchip ID. February 24, 2026, 1:42 pm

Hi there… we’re Teddy and Roscoe 🐾 We’re best friends, and honestly, we still don’t quite understand how we ended up in a high-kill shelter in Alabama. One day life was normal, and the next, everything felt loud, scary, and uncertain. We just kept sticking close to each other, trying to be brave and hoping someone would notice that we’re really just two friendly, easygoing boys trying to make it through life together. Then something changed — we were placed into a foster home, and that’s where things started to make sense again. We discovered soft beds, kind voices, and something pretty important… turns out, we’re house-trained! Our foster family also introduced us to a puppy, and wow, that made life so much fun. We loved playing, sharing space, and showing just how gentle and friendly we really are. Now we’ve completed our medical quarantine, we’re healthy, happy, and ready to move forward. What we want most is a place to finally call our own — a home filled with love, patience, and maybe a sunny spot where we can relax together after a day of being your loyal companions. We’ve been through a lot, but we never lost our sweet hearts. We’re just two good boys, ready for a fresh start and hoping our forever family finds us soon. 💛
