Ruby was rescued from a neglectful breeding situation in Arkansas during freezing temperatures, where her only purpose had been to produce puppies. Those hard days are finally behind her. Now safe and cared for, Ruby is learning what trust and kindness feel like. She prefers a slow, gentle approach and will thrive in a calm, quiet environment. Ruby will need patience and understanding as she opens up and learns how to simply be a dog—enjoying the comfort of a home, soft beds, and loving companionship.
