Peanut is the more outgoing of our gorgeous poodle sisters, and she absolutely shines once she knows she’s safe. She’s confident, social, curious, and loves having a stable canine friend to show her the ropes. Peanut warms up quickly and is happiest when she has another dog in the home—this is a requirement for her adoption, as she relies on a canine companion for confidence and emotional support. She is housebroken, highly intelligent, and settles beautifully in the home. Peanut enjoys exploring, bonding with her people, and curling up for snuggles once her day is done. She hasn’t been around children, but older, dog-savvy kids may be fine with proper introductions. Peanut is loyal, affectionate, and full of personality. Once she bonds with you, she becomes your little shadow, offering kisses, cuddles, and endless love. Story
We adopted Wilfred from an out-of-state rescue that misrepresented him as being great with cats. He is in fact very motivated to chase our two cats, and we have not been successful in curbing this. We believe that Wilfy would do best living without any feline friends. Wilfred is adorable, smart and highly motivated to learn. He knows basic commands including sit, down, watch me and stay, and would do great learning tricks. Wilfred is doing well with his leash training. He adores people; he will wiggle his whole body in excitement when you come home, and will happily cuddle up with you. While he loves other dogs, we believe that Wilfred would do best as an only dog. His play style can be overwhelming at times, and he truly loves to soak up 1:1 attention. Wilfred is a delightful, sweet little scruffelous who just needs the right human(s) to give him the happy forever home that he so very much deserves. Wilfy is 45 lbs. He is neutered, heartworm neg, and current on shots.
