Daphne is a 1 year old parti-colored standard poodle who is looking for her forever home. She is the best girl! Loving and sweet and very willing to please! She is potty trained and is starting to use the doggy door. She likes to play when she is outside and needs to be reminded to potty before going in. She is kennel trained and sleeps through the night. She loves other dogs, so another active doggy companion would be a plus for her. She needs a fenced in yard as well because she loves to run. She rides well in the car. Her leash manners could use a little work, but she is a quick learner and catches on fast. She is a bit of a jumper when she first starts walking an needs a couple of minutes to settle down. She loves to snuggle and be close to her people. Adult Dogs are Heartworm Tested and Treated as Needed. FOCCAS does not DNA test or guarantee breed. Our sweet Dolly is looking for her forever home. Dolly is 9 months old and in need of a human who can devote lots of love and attention to her. She is very high energy and would love space to run (and/or an owner with lots of time for lots of walks!). She is a very smart girl and would likely benefit from more training in the presence of distractions! She is motivated by treats and affection from her human. She has lived with a senior smaller dog and small children and loves both (unfortunately the feeling isn’t mutual, she is a lot of dog for little humans!). She does great in a crate overnight as long as she is in the same room as her human 🩷.

Meet Buster! Buster is a 4 year old soon to be 5 year old Blood Hound/Poodle Mix. Buster is very energetic and is looking for a family with time and energy to spend with him! He loves to use his Blood Hound nose in the yard to explore, looking for animals, bugs, or anything else that he can play with outside. He loves to go on walks around town with his leash and is very well mannered while walking - although loves to stop use that Blood Hound nose of his to sniff around!Our family with 4 kids and activities all evening doesn't have the time to spend with Buster. We also live in a suburban area with a smaller yard and that doesn't quite have enough space for him to explore. Buster would do well with someone who can spend time with him outside, maybe has a bigger yard with plenty of room to use his nose for exploring, and can keep up with his energy and engagement needs. Buster is great with kids, dogs, and is crate trained.

Hello, everyone! My name is Tater!I’m a 5.5-year-old Bichon Frise/Poodle mix, and I’m quite the distinguished little gentleman. I’m sweet, well-mannered, easygoing, and just an all-around lovely boy to have around.I recently came to FDHS with my brother and best friend, Tot. We’ve always been together, so we’re hoping to find a family who will let us continue life as a pair. We’re both such good boys, and there’s even a discount for adopting us together!We’re friendly with other animals and have very low-key personalities. We haven’t had much experience with children, but we’d likely do well with older or calmer kiddos who can appreciate our quiet, gentle nature. As a curly-coated king, I’ll need regular grooming to keep my coat looking and feeling its best. It’s a little extra upkeep, but I think a gentleman should always look his best.Tot and I were surrendered through no fault of our own, and we’re now ready to find a loving home!
