Story
Meet Ebony — a one-of-a-kind beauty with a heart just as special as her look! This 1-year-old, 35-pound Poodle/Hound mix has the coolest soft, wiry coat in shades of black and gray and a personality that will win you over in no time. Ebony is the perfect mix of playful and calm. She loves to run and play with other dogs, so a home with a canine buddy would be ideal for her. But once playtime is over, she’s all about the cuddles, pets, and being told what a good girl she is! She’s doing great with house training when kept on a schedule, is crate trained (though she’d prefer not to spend too much time there), and walks pretty well on a leash. Around the home, she’s relaxed and easy to have around—just happy to be near her people. Ebony can be a little shy when meeting new people, but don’t let that fool you—she warms up quickly, especially if treats are involved! Because of her gentle nature, she would do best in a home where someone is around often and where she has a fenced yard to safely stretch her legs and play. If you’re looking for a sweet, slightly shy girl who will blossom into an incredibly loyal and loving companion, Ebony is your match.   Please email Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com ifvyou are interested.        ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. This beautiful young doodle is around 3 years old and is as smart as she is affectionate. She forms a deep bond with her person and is happiest when she can be right by your side, sharing in everyday life as your loyal companion. With her playful poodle energy, she would thrive in a home with a physically fenced yard where she can safely run, explore, and burn off energy. She needs an adopter who understands dog behavior and is committed to patience, structure, and consistency. She loves people deeply, but she is not good around other dogs and needs to be the only dog in the home. She will do best in a calm environment where she can have her person all to herself and feel secure. She also has a chicken allergy, so a chicken-free diet will be important to keep her healthy and feeling her best. Full of personality and devotion, she is ready to become someone’s one-and-only best friend.
