Please contact Jamesa (roxysrescue@yahoo.com), 713-882-2610 for more information about this pet.This stunning beauty is CLAIRE, she is a 1 year old, 46 pound poodle mix, a sure enough Doodle.  Her body is curly and her face is straight.  I will post a before and after grooming but I have more pictures available.  Also, I am going to try to get a video of her playing with the other foster dogs in the home. Poor CLAIRE was dumped in a field on the outskirts of town.  There was nothing out there but an empty field, she did not have a microchip and was very matted, in a poor condition.  CLAIRE stood still for her grooming and had to be bathed twice to get all of the burrs off that was stuck on her coat. CLAIRE desired to be loved more than anything when I brought her into my home, she constantly followed me around for a head rub and just any attention.  She knubs my hand to pay attention to her.  I have had her in my home for a while to give her time to decompress so I could learn her personality and temperament. She is very playful and the ideal home would be with another playful dog.  I think if she is in a home by herself that she would be a velcro dog with her human, having another dog to play with really makes her happy.  She plays with the small and large breed dogs in the foster home.  She is crate trained and potty trained and even puts herself in her crate when she is ready to take a nap. CLAIRE is only a little 1 year old and still learning, she is treat and food motivated and learns and follows directions very easily.  She would make a great pet playmate as well as a human companion. Please contact Jamesa (roxysrescue@yahoo.com), 713-882-2610 for more information about this pet.Okay, GRACIE does not look too beautiful in these pictures but she is in person and her soul is really beautiful.  GRACIE is a wonderful dog who I rescued from the streets of San Antonio, TX.  She had been hanging out at a bank, just sitting there waiting for someone to rescue her.  She was so happy to be saved.  She is for sure a very loyal and loving dog. I am going to try to groom her this weekend and get better pictures of her but she is an all black dog and those pictures are hard to take and to make them clear.  Her coat is wavy/curly and she does allow you to groom her and she takes a good bath.  GRACIE is a poodle/terrier mix who is 3 years old and 51 pounds. GRACIE's main purpose in life is to play.  She would do best in a home with another dog as a playmate.  For sure she would occupy that dog's time and energy!  GRACIE plays, eats and sleeps to get ready to play again.  She deserves a second chance at having a loving home.  I wish I knew why she was tossed away on the streets because she is such a good girl and I have no problems out of her. She loves to go on walks or do anything that involves receiving love.  She is really a pets pet and will not bother you around the house.  I have on good thoughts and great things to say about her.
