Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.HARRISON! This boy is a 50 pound puppy, neutered, doing great with his house training, and currently housed with other dogs in a foster home. He is ignoring the cats, but really likes playing in the rain and mud! He loves toys and uses his puppy energy and when tired, he likes laying in your lap. He requires a fenced yard to get his zoomies out daily. If you have a doggie door, he's mastered it at his foster home.we are not just suggesting you have a fenced yard: we are not considering an application for Harrison unless you have a fenced yard. Additionally, it would be a huge bonus to have another active dog, his same age because this boy loves other dogs.     PLEASE NOTE: This pet has been posted by Friends of Campbell County Animal Control, Rustburg, VA. For questions about the pet, please email us at FOACinfo@gmail.com. All adoptions begin with an application, found under the "Animals" tab on our website, friendsofcampbellcounty.org. *Unaltered babies under the age of six months can be adopted only to residents of Campbell County, the City of Lynchburg, and counties touching Campbell County. *Unaltered adult pets six months or older will need to be sterilized before they can be adopted outside our local area of Campbell County, the City of Lynchburg, or counties touching Campbell. *We do not promote dog adoptions to homes where an invisible fence is the fencing of choice. *We do not permit cats or kittens to be declawed following adoption.  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.January 14, 2026, 10:45 pm
