You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Teddy came to us from a family who had three small children and said he absolutely loved them! They also noted he is house trained and crate trained. They have loved having him around, but said he has become grumpy In the last couple months, and they attributed us to his chronic ear infections, which they were having trouble controlling. We plan to get him to Vet this week so we can figure out what’s going on. Nobody wants to be grumpy! They noted that he  guards his food from other dogs, although not from humans. We look forward to getting to know Teddy as the days pass and helping him find a home or someone will be willing to invest in grooming and care on a regular basis.   PLEASE NOTE: This pet has been posted by Friends of Campbell County Animal Control, Rustburg, VA. Daphne is a 1 year old parti-colored standard poodle who is looking for her forever home. She is the best girl! Loving and sweet and very willing to please! She is potty trained and is starting to use the doggy door. She likes to play when she is outside and needs to be reminded to potty before going in. She is kennel trained and sleeps through the night. She loves other dogs, so another active doggy companion would be a plus for her. She needs a fenced in yard as well because she loves to run. She rides well in the car. Her leash manners could use a little work, but she is a quick learner and catches on fast. She is a bit of a jumper when she first starts walking an needs a couple of minutes to settle down. She loves to snuggle and be close to her people.
