Name: Ramsey Age: 1 year Breed: Standard Poodle Size: 50 lbs Adoption Application: https://forms.gle/nuKXoMu6gjS5DhFm8 Contact: transport@hssm.org Meet Ramsey, a 1-year-old Standard Poodle mix with sharp intelligence and very high energy. When he first came into our care, Ramsey was extremely skinny, but with proper nutrition and care he has reached a healthy weight and continues to thrive. Ramsey does best in a home without children and will need an experienced dog owner who understands training, structure, and the importance of mental and physical outlets. He’s an active, driven dog who benefits from consistency and clear expectations. With the right guidance, Ramsey has the potential to be an amazing companion for someone who enjoys an energetic lifestyle and the rewarding process of training a smart, motivated dog. Ramsey's $300 adoption fee includes spay/neuter, up to date vaccines, microchip AND transport fee to a location near you. We currently have transportation to CT, MD, NJ, NY, PA, VA, GA, and TN. Please email transport@hssm.org for more information on transports! --> If you are interested in adopting Ramsey please fill out our online application here: (https://forms.gle/nuKXoMu6gjS5DhFm8 - Dog). A staff member will reach out if your application is approved to discuss the adoption process. No fenced in yard required, and YES - we adopt to families with children! The adoption will not be final until the adoption contract is discussed and signed. Transports are arranged for specific dates, typically within 1-3 weeks of approving your application. Adopters will meet at a designated meeting spot to pick up their new companions. For further information, please first fill out the application referenced above. **Due to import regulations we are not able to adopt to MA or RI residents at this time.
