This 8 yr old shnauzer mix is 30 lbs of unconditional love. He has the sweetest puppy dog eyes that will just melt your heart when he looks up at you! Pluto is an easy going guy that is just happy to be safe. He loves all humans and is great with dogs & cats. His favorite things are his treats, walks, and scratchies. Story
This plucky little guy will get you with his puppy dog eyes. We believe he is a mix of mini Schnauzer and Westie. At about 9 months old, he weighs 15 pounds and should max out at 20 pounds. Mendy loves all humans and doesn't believe in personal space, however he does not seem to be fond of other dogs.  Mendy is already neutered and up to date on vaccinations and heartworm testing.  He loves to fetch, hoard squeaky toys, and attempt to fly by jumping off the back of the couch. Mendy has had surgery to fix a congenital condition (Legg-Calves-Perthes Disease) causing pain in his rear leg and making it difficult for him to walk (which is perhaps why he was trying to fly). He is now doing physical therapy and is doing great.  Other than a small occasional limp, you would never know that there was ever an issue.  He loves to run and would like a family that will be active with him.  Mostly housebroken, but not perfect yet. Otterwas rescued and rehomed in 2016 . After a decade of dedication and love, his family dumped him. i got call from Charleston animal control that he was found and needed to be claimed. I got him back here safely and now he is ready for his forever home. he is house trained and gets along well with others. he is healthy with no issues.
