Story
Kenny is a sweet Schnauzer/Chihuahua mix, just over a year old. This guy belonged to a family who let their dogs continuously reproduce with puppies being hit in the road or dying in the woods. Luckily, Kenny was scooped up by one of our fosters who wanted to help. Kenny loves other dogs his size and enjoys running and playing. He even likes cats! Although he is shy at first, once he relaxes he likes all people, no matter their age. He does well with kids and really enjoys a good belly rub while watching TV before bed. Kenny is very versatile and would fit in a lot of different homes. He is neutered, heartworm negative, and up to date on all shots. How cute can one dog be? We say as cute as Billy Ray, our 4-year-old, 10 pound mix of Schnauzer and Wire Hair Terrier. He's not only cute, though. He's also playful, energetic, and outgoing. He gets along well with other dogs, but he does not like cats. Because he is so small, we prefer that he not go to a family with children under 10 who don't always know their own strength when playing hard. This boy is a true delight! (posted 3/29/26, ME) Adoption Fee: $395.00-- covers microchip, worming, all vaccines, monthly heart worm preventative, monthly tick/flea preventative, spaying/neutering, health certificate, and complete medical records. Transport Fee: $160.00-- We consider the transport to be of great importance and, as such, take particular care of the dogs during the trip.
