Story
Kenny is a sweet Schnauzer/Chihuahua mix, just over a year old. This guy belonged to a family who let their dogs continuously reproduce with puppies being hit in the road or dying in the woods. Luckily, Kenny was scooped up by one of our fosters who wanted to help. Kenny loves other dogs his size and enjoys running and playing. He even likes cats! Although he is shy at first, once he relaxes he likes all people, no matter their age. He does well with kids and really enjoys a good belly rub while watching TV before bed. Kenny is very versatile and would fit in a lot of different homes. He is neutered, heartworm negative, and up to date on all shots. Found in a shelter, his past is a mystery—but his future is all about love, belly rubs, and squeaky toys. He rocks a signature head tilt (likely from a past head injury), and honestly, it just makes him look like he’s permanently curious about your life choices. Spoiler: he approves of them all. Ollie may have some very minor visual deficiencies most likely due to that same head injury but our veterinary partner doesn't see any issues with daily living.  This happy, handsome guy is basically the definition of good vibes. We know he once had a fabulous life as he was decked out in a fancy creative haircut when he was taken into a shelter. Meet our 7-pup litter of Schnauzer/Lab mixes! At three months old, they weigh 10 to 12 pounds and will mature to around 45 pounds. These babies are described by their foster as sweet, friendly, and vocal. They love to lie with their kennel mates and cuddle, so they're obviously dog friendly. And they share their food well. Their names? Here we go! Gandalf, Frodo, Bilbo, Sauron, Eowyn, Arwen, and Aragorn. Phew! Here they are! A great group of pups! (posted 2/13/26, ME) Adoption Fee: $395.00-- covers microchip, worming, all vaccines, monthly heart worm preventative, monthly tick/flea preventative, spaying/neutering, health certificate, and complete medical records.
