Oxford was surrendered to a shelter in Texas when his family could no longer care for him. He had a growth in his mouth that required surgery which he has now had, thanks to NorthStar. This sweet senior boy is 11 years old and is very skinny at 8 pounds. His foster mom says that he is VERY loving and loves nothing more than cuddling up in a warm lap. And he's housetrained plus crate trained. We will post more information about Oxford after we find out more about his future health care needs.
