Bozo was surrendered to us. They claimed to not know much about him, as he was given to the family surrendering him. Bozo is between the ages of 8-10 years old. Bozo recently had a dental, so he will need a wet food diet only. He is blind and most likely deaf as well. He uses the peepee pads well and loves to eat. Bozo is UTD on vaccines, neutered and can be microchipped.

If you missed out on our standard schnauzie Bruno aka Lupo when we first posted him, now is your second chance! Unfortunately the senior dog in the adopter’s home was very upset by his presence, so he’s once again in search of his perfect home. He got an excellent report card and was a very good boy in the home, and wanted to play with the other dog but she wasn’t happy about his goofy playful energy. He’s 8 years young but still a puppy at heart, 35lbs full grown, neutered, updated on shots, and just had a dental cleaning. While he looks like and was purchased as a purebred schnauzer, he does NOT have a hypoallergenic nonshedding coat that schnauzers generally have and would not be a good fit for allergy sufferers. And definitely no kitties for him, but he gets along with other off and is a loyal lovable sweet boy. We were told by his first owner he can be standoffish with some men but we haven’t seen any of that- he will bark and alert you to the doorbell but has been friendly meeting people once they come in and are introduced. Lorax is doing amazing with his house training, loves getting cozy at bedtime after a big meal. She lives in harmony with her foster cat. Lorax would thrive in a home with kids over 15 as preferably the only dog (but can co-exist with sibling). She loves her leash walk but at times she may bark at new people and other dogs. Her forever home should be a home with a fenced in yard, no apartments. Lax is looking for an experienced dog owner. That will continue with her training. No first time dog owners, please.
