I have a calm, gentle, and incredibly loving personality, and I absolute adore being close to my people. In fact, if I had it my way, I would probably never leave your lap! I love following my humans around the house just to be near them, and I’m definitely looking for a home where I can have all the attention and affection entirely to myself. I’m a simple guy with two major passions: a good appetite and relaxing! I recently mastered the art of jumping onto the couch, which is perfect because my absolute favorite hobby is watching TV right by your side. If you have an empty lap and a lot of love to give, I’m ready to be your loyal shadow! And now, a few words from my foster mom: Meet your new best friend! Pepper is a wonderful boy who offers the perfect blend of being a peaceful, self-confident companion indoors and a fun-loving, high-energy partner outdoors. With his sweet, attentive nature, he still acts very much like a young puppy and is incredibly responsive to training. He will easily fit right into almost any family dynamic. He would truly thrive in a household where his people are home most of the day, making him an ideal match for remote workers or retirees. As Pepper is from a mass breeding facility, he still needs to learn to do his business outside and walk on a leash. Currently he does enjoy exploring the back yard and once he feels comfortable, he will run around just like a puppy. He is unsure of himself in certain situations but with patience and a lot of love he will get the confidence to know that he is safe.
