Story
Patriot – 100% Adorable, 100% Puppy Joy! 🐾Patriot is a 9-month-old male Schnauzer (possibly Dachshund!) mix with a whole lot of personality packed into a small package. This happy-go-lucky pup came to us after his original adopter realized that their senior dog just couldn’t keep up with Patriot’s playful puppy energy. Wanting to do right by both dogs, they asked for our help — and we were more than happy to say yes to this little guy!At just 9 months old, Patriot is everything you’d hope for in a young pup: fun-loving, playful, affectionate, and eager to engage with the world around him. He enjoys playtime, has been around kids, and should do wonderfully with another dog who’s ready for a puppy pal. We don’t yet know about cats, but he’s still young enough that with proper introductions and guidance, he may learn that felines are friends, not chase toys.Patriot is fully vetted — neutered, vaccinated, and ready to travel — all he’s missing now is a forever family to call his own. If you’re looking for a sweet, spirited companion who will bring laughter, love, and plenty of tail wags into your life, Patriot might just be your perfect match. ❤️🐶Name: PatriotBreed: Schnauzer/TerrierSex: MaleAge: 9 months (estimated)Weight: 36 lbs Spayed/Neutered: YesVaccinations: Up to dateHeartworm: Negatibe on recent testingMicrochipped: YesBASED ON OUR OBSERVATIONS:Good with Children: YesGood with Dogs: YesGood with Cats: UnknownAdoption Fee: $550.00 (includes transport fee when applicable)Location of dog currently: Memphis IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Paws New England is a foster-based rescue; our dogs reside in various locations throughout the south & New England.
