Story
We got Dante a few years ago and rescued him from an abusive household. This has made him very anxious unfortunately. He will flinch, cower, or flee when he thinks someone will hit him, though hes gotten much better over the years. He is a very loving dog to where he gets a little possessive, so I would say its best for him to be in a one dog household, perhaps a cat if they dont mind him trying to play with them. I have a cat and a dog we got before him, and while my cat hisses and makes him stay away, hes never hurt or attempted to hurt her, nor my other dog. He just likes to steal attention from them. Hes very very friendly, loves people, and loves to cuddle. Please no cages or kennels as he will panic from those. We cant keep him anymore unfortunately, but he deserves a loving home either way, even if we cant keep him any longer.
