Kamila has found herself in a shelter in Puerto Rico, still waiting for her chance at a better life. At Caribbean Paws, we’re doing everything we can to get her the opportunity to be part of a loving family. Like so many deserving dogs in PR, Kamila’s best chance at finding a home is by flying her to the mainland. Kamila is a 5-6-months-old scruffy 15–20 lb female.  She is up to date on her vaccines and awaiting her spay. She’s a fun loving girl who’s ready to learn what it means to be part of a family. She gets along well with other dogs and enjoys a good play session in the yard. If you’re open to fostering or adopting Luna, please reach out. Do you have time and room in your life for a foster dog? http://www.muttloverescue.org/foster.html *****************   Jock was originally adopted from a rescue located in Alabama.  When he proved to be too active for the adopter's two senior dogs, they asked if Mutt Love would find him a loving home and of course we said yes.  Jock is about two years old and weighs about 30 pounds.  He is very friendly and sweet, likes other dogs, cats are unknown.  Jock is deaf so someone with experience with deaf dogs would be a plus.  **BECAUSE OF OUR REQUIREMENT FOR A HOME VISIT, WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO ADOPT TO HOMES IN THE NORTHERN VA / MARYLAND / DC METRO AREA** We have adoption events EVERY SATURDAY from 12-3 p.m. Please note that not all dogs can attend every event, so if you are interested in meeting a particular dog, please complete a no-obligation application on our website at http://www.muttloverescue.org/application.html OR write to adopt@muttloverescue.org.
