Story
Mac and Cheese (A139337) is an 11-month-old DSH looking for a foster-to-adopt home situation! Foster update: We still have two brothers patiently waiting for their new home/s in foster! These boys warmed up quickly to the other pets in the home (cats and small dogs) but are still weary of new people. After months of consistent work, they are warming up to their foster parents, but might never be the most cuddliest of companions. However, they do enjoy sleeping on the bed and will allow for the occasional pet. They can be mischievous and will get into cupboards/cabinets. They would appreciate plenty of toys and possibly a cat tree in their next home to climb, scratch, and lounge on! These boys have used the litterbox consistently and have healthy appetites. They would love to find a new home that can be patient with them and allow them to continue to have their space to feel comfortable in. If you are interested in meeting either of them, please let us know! 08/18/25 Huey, Louie, and Dewey were surrendered to the shelter, hoping to find their new homes! These three boys are quite fearful and unsure of the world. They are looking for an understanding owner with experience in safely socializing cats. We see potential in them; they have not made poor choices at the shelter, but are scared. We encourage their next owners to visit the fear-free pet site for ways to help these kittens blossom. At the shelter, they have used their litterboxes well and have had healthy appetites. We do not know their experience level around other animals, please ensure you are making appropriate introductions to help set them up for success. If you are interested in meeting any of these boys, please let us know!April 7, 2026, 11:34 pm
