Story
Pepper is approx 6 years old. He acts like a dog, trying to stand on his real legs to get close to you for petting. He likes attention when it’s his idea. He’s from a house with other cats that have never been an issue but the balance is out and now we need to look at rehoming. I think he would be ok in a house with other cats but he will definitely want to be the one in charge. He great doesn’t scratch carpets - but he does area rugs. He doesn’t jump on counters or tables. He likes to sit on your lap while watching tv.

Story
Cinnamon is 8 years old, male fixed cat. He currently lives in a house with other cats but does better alone. He’s great with children and adults. Affectionate and vocal when he’s looking for you. He’s been raised as an indoor cat but he is inquisitive about the outdoors - but he won’t go far. He likes to sit at the end of the bed and sleep the days away.

Story
Meet Eve! Eve came into our care as a stray after spending several months around a construction site. A kind community member noticed her struggling, began keeping an eye on her, and was eventually able to safely bring her to us. When Eve first arrived, she was scared, hungry, and unsure of people, likely having had very few positive human experiences in her past. With time, patience, and gentle care, Eve has been making steady progress. She is still a sensitive girl and can become overstimulated, especially with prolonged or intense petting, so she does best with gentle interactions and learning her boundaries. As she continues to feel safe, her sweet and quiet personality shines through more each day.Eve would thrive in a calm, patient home that understands she may need extra time and space to settle in. Starting her off in a smaller, quiet room will help her adjust gradually and avoid becoming overwhelmed by new sights and sounds. With adopters willing to go at her pace, Eve has so much potential to blossom into a wonderful companion.Walk-ins are prioritized. We are open to walk in's Tuesday - Saturday 12 pm -4 pm (except for Stat Holidays). In order to prepare for your visit, you can submit a Pre-Adoption Questionnaire as well at; https://spca.bc.ca/adoption/cat-pre-adoption-questionnaire/ Primary Color: Brown Tabby Secondary Color: White Weight: 3.93 Age: 2yrs 0mths 1wks
