Story
Macchiato is 10 years old and is a cross between a Siamese and a Tabby. He would do best in a quiet home without kids and other pets and with an experienced cat owner that has the ability and desire to rehabilitate an aggressive cat.Macchiato is an amazing cat who at one point was trained to use a human toilet, go for walks on a leash, and know how to do multiple tricks. Quite a few years ago, Macchiato had a bad experience at the vet and this triggered some aggressive behavioral issues. When scared, Macchiato would snarl and hiss and scratch us (but no biting) and we would have to lock him up in a separate room until he calmed down. Over the last 3 years, Macchiato has been living in an isolated area of our home given that we now have 2 young children. He would need to be reintegrated into a new home but deserves more love and attention than we can give him right now. Thank you for your interest.

Tyson has been through a lot in his short life and is now ready for a permanent home. Some of you might recognize Tyson as the kitten who was attacked by a dog and had such a bad leg injury that the only solution was to amputate the leg. He was a medical appeal on the BC SPCA website and many generous supporters donated to Tyson's medical needs.Tyson had been healing in a foster home and is now ready to live as a three-legged cat which has not made much difference to him. He accepted the change quickly and has done amazing with 3 legs. Tyson has loved having people around him and he is known to be a very sweet and loving boy.This sweet, brave kitten will need to be indoor only, as he cannot run as quickly as a fully limbed cat or climb to get out of danger.
