Tabby kittens & cats in Sechelt, British Columbia

Macchiato is 10 years old and is a cross between a Siamese and a Tabby. He would do best in a quiet home without kids and other pets and with an experienced cat owner that has the ability and desire to rehabilitate an aggressive cat.Macchiato is an amazing cat who at one point was trained to use a human toilet, go for walks on a leash, and know how to do multiple tricks. Quite a few years ago, Macchiato had a bad experience at the vet and this triggered some aggressive behavioral issues. When scared, Macchiato would snarl and hiss and scratch us (but no biting) and we would have to lock him up in a separate room until he calmed down. Over the last 3 years, Macchiato has been living in an isolated area of our home given that we now have 2 young children. He would need to be reintegrated into a new home but deserves more love and attention than we can give him right now. Thank you for your interest.

Nuages is a beautiful short haired tuxedo cat who was practically a kitten herself when she became pregnant. Nuages thoroughly enjoyed having and raising her kittens and is close to ready to find herself her own home where she can be the queen. Nuages grew up semi-feral and will require a patient and quiet household that can give her time to decompress. Initially, Nuages greeted her foster mom with hisses and swipes. Slowly but surely, as Nuages was given the time and space to take everything in, she started to show signs that she really wanted to be close with her foster mom but was a little unsure. Her foster mom let Nuages approach her on her own and overtime, the tentative walk-bys became gentle Nuages-led rubs against her foster mom's legs. This slowly turned into lying on her foster mom's feet. Almost 3 months later and Nuages now tolerates (and enjoys!) being pet (always on Nuages' terms), hanging out on a lap, and even will even purr when picked up and pet. Nuages has been so brave and has made incredible progress in learning to trust people. She deserves all the love, safety, and warmth for the rest of her life.
