Tabby kittens & cats in Pueblo, Colorado

I have had her since I was 8 she was a gift to me. She is ten years old, she is a very loving cat, she loves to cuddle, and she suckles her tail, when she does cuddles. I want her to have a very loving and calm home, where she can be happy at and live the rest of her life out.

Karat was found roaming the streets in my neighborhood. I tried looking for an owner for a month, and no luck. I’m a kitten foster so I decided to take him in a foster him until I could find him a good home! I have learned that Karat is the most calm orange polydactyl cat I have ever met. He loves to cuddle (lap kitty) and chin and head scratches! So far he is doing well with my very social cat and my 3 dogs. At this time, he’s more observant and stays away if he’s scared of my dogs. I think with time, he will break out of his shell and interact/be okay any friendly dogs. The key for him is SLOW introductions! Other than that, Karat is a very sweet loving boy who needs a good home!

Dobby is a 6 year old boy. It comes with great sadness to find him a new loving home. We noticed some behavior issues with Dobby when I got pregnant and have tried everything to maintain his happiness during this change. We feel he would be happier with a homebody individual with no kids or other pets.

Honey is a cuddly and extremely friendly cat. She loves meeting people and is super vocal. When she was first adopted she had a badly injured, partially amputated tale that had not been cared for, but since then it has healed and never been an issue for her. Shes extremely energetic and loves to play.

Sam was found abandoned on the side of the road, but is now a healthy, affectionate, and playful indoor cat looking for a home where he can truly thrive. He was found near an abandoned car, underfed and with ear mites (Which was of course taken care of).Sam loves people, absolutely adores getting chin scratches or in front of his ears. He will lay near your keyboard, or even climb onto your shoulders to spend more time with you. Loves chasing mouse toys especially, and would likely be a good mouser.No issues with humans, has had issues with one cat but may get along with others.

My neighbor found Figaro as a kitten and brought her to my family in 2014 so she’s around 11 years old. She was living with my mom most of her life, but my mom’s not able to take care of her anymore, so I’ve been holding onto her for a couple months. She can be friendly and chatty with people when she’s around them long enough (or when she smells food) , but if she’s put in a situation that makes her uncomfortable like being petted too much, getting picked up, or having her personal space disturbed, she might start to get a little hostile. She doesn’t like to interact with other animals and often likes to hide in places like under the bed. She knows to use a litter box but has a hard time bathing herself. There were also a few times where she clawed a piece of our furniture which is part of why I can’t keep her with me. What I’m looking for in a home is one that respects her privacy when needed and won’t overwhelm her with highly energetic animals.

He’ll happily take a quick break for some pets and attention before zooming off again to see what else he can discover. This fun-loving little explorer is sure to keep you smiling!I am not currently at the shelter because I`m growing big and strong in a foster home! *Staff thinks I will be ready by early October.*You can sign up to pre-adopt me by placing a $50 choice hold. This is a non-refundable fee that does not go towards my adoption fee, but it does give you the first opportunity to adopt me. Shelter staff will contact you when I’m ready to go home with my new family! To place a choice hold, you can either come into the shelter or call us at 719-302-8707; you may wait to speak with a customer service representative or leave a voicemail. Choice holds are placed on a first-come, first-serve basis and only one choice hold can be placed per animal.Once I am old enough to go home, I will have to be adopted at the shelter without a visit. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to visit while I’m in the foster home as it’s a lot of stress on me to be transported back and forth to the shelter for visits, which makes me more susceptible to getting sick. I want to be healthy for our new life together!
