Story
The two adult cats that I need rehomed belong to my niece’s boyfriend who passed away last November unexpectedly. My niece has Alzheimer’s & is unable to care for them. Her boyfriend’s daughters did not offer to take the cats. My niece & her boyfriend lived at an Independent Living facility. Her boyfriend adopted the two cats from Jax Humane Society in 2024, prior to my niece moving in with him. ***The cats have an appointment at the Humane Society on 8/26/26 to get vaccinations updated.

We have had Smokie and Cheeto for 4 years now. Both are great cats. Smokie is super loveable and enjoys attention. Cheeto is very loveable and enjoys attention on his time. Lol. Unfortunately due to allergies and moving we are unable to keep them. They are both 4 years old and have been together since they were babies. I would like to keep them together if possible.

Story
Leelah is a one eyed cat. She is named after the cyclops on Futurama. She's an older indoor adult cat.Prefers to be the only cat in the house, i think. Originally got from the humane society when she had been abandoned for being mean to her other cat housemates , but when she came into this household , she acclimated and is friendly with other cats. She doesn't care for dogs much. She likes her solo nap time and will come to you for pets but is not super clingy. Sleeps in the sun often. Unfortunately my partner has terrible cat allergies so we must rehome her asap. Luckily able to keep my hairless cat, but must rehome this sweet girl.

Story
Duke is 7 years old and we have had him since he was a couple weeks old, we fostered him from Jax Humane Society. We “foster failed” and decided to adopt Duke, since he was so awesome. Duke is declawed (front) but likes to be outside a little (more inside cat though). He loves to snuggle, very sweet and smart orange guy. Looking for a great home for Duke since we are moving where can’t have cats. He has never lived with a dog and doesn’t seem to like our neighbor’s, but great with kids and other cats.

Story
🐾 Meet Maui! 🐾 Maui is a sweet, beautiful girl who is looking for a loving forever home. She was born September 12, 2022, and is a big girl with a big personality! She loves playing with her laser toy, lounging on her back, and being around her people. Maui is an indoor-only, spayed cat who deserves a safe and loving home where she can be spoiled and cherished. I want to find her the right family who will love her as much as I do. ❤️

Story
Cinnamon was born April/13/2026. We took in his mother who was a stray while she was pregnant. Cinny has become a cuddler, and he loves to play. We have enjoyed having him, but he is ready to find his forever home now. Ideally I'd love for him to go to a caring home along with his brother Fred, pictured above and also listed here.

Story
Sabrina would be a wonderful cat for someone patient with her. She enjoys being petted if you approach her slowly and reassure her that everything is fine. She is independent and may not be a cuddly cat. She likes to have her own spot to hang out during the day. She was discovered in a colony back in July and taken to be spayed. Since her rescuer hated the idea of returning her to an undesirable area, they contacted us, and we were able to find her a foster home.September 5, 2026, 2:21 pm
