Story
Meet this sweet girl! She is approximately 2 years old, spayed, and fully litter trained. She has been an indoor cat her entire life and has a very loving personality once she feels comfortable in her environment. To help make her transition easier, I will also include her hidden cat litter box furniture enclosure with her adoption. 🐾She can take a little time to adjust to major changes or new surroundings, but with patience and love, she settles in well. She is great with children and does well with other animals after a slow introduction and adjustment period. She would thrive in a caring and patient home that understands she may need a little time to warm up, but once she does, she is an incredibly sweet and affectionate companion.

If rehomed together, I will also include their Whisker Robot litter box. They truly are the perfect pair and deserve a safe, loving forever home where they can stay side by side. 🩶🐾River (white & grey) and Rowan (white, grey, black) are bonded sisters from the same litter looking for a loving home together. They have never been separated, and keeping them together is very important to me. These girls are incredibly sweet, affectionate, gentle, and easygoing. They love cuddles, naps in sunny windows, following you around the house, and curling up beside you at night. They adjust very well to change and warm up quickly in new environments. Rowan is a polydactyl kitty, meaning she has extra toes/claws, so she will need someone comfortable with trimming and maintaining her extra claws. Both cats are well-socialized, loving companions with calm personalities and so much love to give.

These cats are in Columbus, Georgia too!

Story
Apollo is extremely shy and loving. He is capable of being around children that are gentle with him without scratching or biting. But he is still less than a year old so he does still play bite and playfully scratch very rarely. He has only every scratched me twice by accident during play time in the 8 months I've had him. He is scared of big dogs but medium and small dogs he does well with after some time to get to know them. Loud barking does scare him though. He's very energetic and curious. If he manages to get outside. He always comes back for food within an hour or 2. He is capable of being an indoor or outdoor cat or a mixture but if possible. I'd prefer a mixture since he very much loves and craves attention and will sometimes meow if you dont. This would be his 4th time moving somewhere new and I am worried for him. I am willing to give all of my supplies with him and food as well. Please take care of my baby. I didn't want to give him away but I have no choice. He is amazing.

Story
Miss Socks was an outdoor cat that I had been feeding and keeping an eye on for the past two years. She has always very friendly so I suspected someone either owned her currently or previously. We had a heavy snowfall in February, so I was able to catch her and bring her inside. We learned not only that she was chipped but that she is 15 years (now 16!) old. We were unable to get in touch with the previous owners as their info had not been updated since 2013, so I would like to find a good home for her to live out her twilight years! She’s very sweet, but likes her space. She’s very quiet and well-behaved but has no issue expressing her opinion! She just really needs a home where she is the only cat or with another senior cat that will give her space as she is incompatible with my two and six year old who are determined to be her friends. She’s FeLV/FIV negative and just got a beautiful senior profile, so she’s healthy and hearty!

Story
Meet Tigger — Your New Snuggle Buddy Tigger is a gentle, affectionate sweetheart who’s ready to fill his forever home with warmth and companionship. This sweet boy loves to cuddle and will happily curl up with you for snuggles any time of day. He’s a calm, easygoing companion who even sleeps through the night like a pro! Tigger is FIV positive, but he’s stable, thriving, and full of love to give. FIV cats can live long, happy lives with proper care, and Tigger is no exception. Because FIV can be transmitted from cat to cat, it’s best for him to live as the only cat or with other friendly FIV+ companions to ensure a peaceful, safe environment for everyone. Although he’s not interested in going outdoors, Tigger more than makes up for it with his quirky, playful personality inside the home. He has a special talent for turning everyday objects into toys and loves chasing and playing with toy cars more than anything else. He is a sunshine seeker and can often be found lounging in front of a sunny window, soaking up the warmth. Tigger is independent, low-maintenance, and gets along wonderfully with polite dogs and is gentle and patient with kids. If you’re looking for a loving, snuggly, easygoing cat with a big heart and a fun personality, he just might be your perfect match. If you are interested in meeting Tigger, please contact Stacy at (706) 589-3457. Disclaimer: All pets posted and adopted through Neighborhood Pets are not members of Paws Humane Society.
