Story
Ozzy is such a sweet boy. He is more timid, and a bit of a scardy cat but he loves attention and cuddling. Once he opens up he has quite the sweet personality.I have to rehome him since I’m moving and landlord won’t let me have cats. He also get along well with my other cat.

Story
Scott looks like she got dressed in a hurry—mostly black, sleek and simple… and then, right at the last second, someone added a single perfect white spot on her chest like a signature. And honestly? It works. At just 4 weeks old, Scott is already out here living a very full life of curiosity, optimism, and tiny investigations. Every corner is worth exploring, every sound deserves a response, and every new experience is met with a bright, “Oh, what’s this?” energy. She’s a happy kitten in the purest sense—no overthinking, no hesitation. Just a small, joyful creature figuring out the world one step at a time and seeming pretty pleased about all of it.There’s something effortlessly charming about her. Maybe it’s the contrast of that little white patch against her dark coat, or maybe it’s just the way she carries herself—light, curious, and completely open to whatever comes next.Scott isn’t trying to steal the spotlight… she just ends up there. If you’re looking for a kitten who brings easy joy, gentle curiosity, and just a touch of understated style—Scott is ready to be part of your story. An adoption application can be filled out on the DHS website https://www.dekalbhumanesociety.org/adopt. Dog adoption fees are $250.00 for all puppies and adult dogs. Seniors are a donation of choice.Cats and kittens are minimum donation $50.00

Story
Charmin did not ask to be the biggest, fluffiest, most in-charge member of her litter. It just… happened. At 4 weeks old, this tabby girl has already established herself as the one others follow—the first to investigate, the first to climb, the first to say, “Yeah, we’re doing this now.” And the rest of the kittens? They tend to agree. She’s noticeably larger than her siblings, wrapped in what is shaping up to be a very impressive, very fluffy coat that strongly suggests she’s heading toward a life of long-haired luxury. This is not a short-term investment cat—this is a future majestic presence. But don’t let the size or leadership fool you—Charmin is still very much a baby. She’s curious, playful, and figuring out the world one wobbly step at a time. The difference is, she does it with a little extra confidence… like she’s already read the manual. There’s something special about a kitten who naturally takes the lead. It usually means they grow into cats who are adaptable, bold, and deeply connected to their people.Charmin isn’t just part of the litter—she’s the one setting the tone.If you’re looking for a kitten who’s equal parts soft, strong, and destined to rule the household (kindly, of course)—Charmin is ready to take charge of your heart. An adoption application can be filled out on the DHS website https://www.dekalbhumanesociety.org/adopt. Dog adoption fees are $250.00 for all puppies and adult dogs. Seniors are a donation of choice.Cats and kittens are minimum donation $50.00
