Tabby kittens & cats in La Grange, Kentucky

We saved this precious girls life. She was rescued and could barely breathe. Her rescuers reached out to us, they had no money and needed help. This cat has been through it all! She had pyometra, severe stomatitus, and was breathing through a pinhole. She has been spayed, felv/fiv tested negative, and shots. All but her fangs have been removed and as you can see she went from a cat that couldn't breathe 7 months ago to a chunky cat! Now her rescuers is moving and cant take her. He is bonded to Siobhan and cannot be split from.him. These 2 are sooooo sweet. Their young mom died of cancer. It was heartbreaking for the family and the cats. Their mommy's dad took the kitties but cannot keep them. These two are used to a quiet home. They are extremely friendly and extremely sweet. Tubbers is a 9 year old Grey cat. She is really sweet and loves cuddling, eating, and chasing toys or laser pointers. She unfortunately does not get along with my other cat, my other cat being a cat I found on the street and does not do well with other pets. Tubbers would do really well as a single cat or with other pets that are good with cats, she might be very shy at first. The most important thing is that tubbers goes to a good home, she is very loving.

This male tabby is approximately 2 years old. Very playful and loves to be around family and children. Definitely will be a sweet pet in a family with kids. He loved to be cuddled and roll over his rug and sometimes rolls over the grass and even sand makes him very happy. He will chase all the chipmonks and little sparrows in you yard when you are sipping your coffee. It’s lovely watching him happy while he watches you be happy! Max is a very good cat. Super cuddly, playful, has been around kids of all ages. He would be a great fit for pretty much any situation. He is less than 2 years old.

We have had Troy since he was born. He is very playful, quite curious but mostly laid back. He has always been inside with his siblings and mom. He will be 3 on June 30th. We hate to give him up but we have to move and can not bring him with us. We just want to know he is going to a loving caring home that will take good care of him.

Annie isn't thrilled that she's been rescued- she was living with a family for a while, but when her home-life was threatened, Adopt Me! was asked to help... to her dismay. Annie is currently judging us and does not appreciate our efforts. She will accept a few pets- but quickly reminds us that she'd rather not be touched. Her previous owner says transitions are hard, and she'll be happier after she settles in. Sometimes it be like that with calicos. She's cute. It'll just take a couple of weeks for her to acclimate in your home.

Meet Mordecai I suppose I should introduce myself. My name is Mordecai, but everyone calls me Cai. I'm not exactly the sort of cat who runs into a room and immediately demands everyone's attention, unlike my brother, Mongo. I like to watch. I like to see what's going on before diving in like crazy. When I first came to HSOC, I was sick and pretty scared. Everything was unfamiliar, and I wasn't entirely sure what to make of all these humans who kept checking on me. But they took care of me. They gave me time. And eventually, I started feeling better. That's when I discovered something very important: **I really like being loved.** I love pets. I love snuggling. And, I have quite a lot to say. I am a talkative boy. I'll meow to say hello. I'll meow when I want attention. I'll meow when I have an important observation to make. Sometimes I just meow because I feel that the conversation has gone suspiciously quiet. I don't expect you to understand everything I say. I just expect you to listen. I'm still a little shy at first, especially when I'm meeting someone new. I may need a little time before I decide that you're trustworthy. But once I do? I'll come looking for you. I'll curl up beside you. I'll happily accept all the pets you're willing to give me. And I'll probably tell you all about my day. I've also learned that I really like other cats. Actually, I like them quite a lot. So there's one thing I'm looking for in my Forever Family: I need another cat. I want a feline friend to share my home with. Someone I can get to know, play with, nap beside, and maybe occasionally bother when I feel like having a conversation and they don't. I think every cat deserves a place where they can finally feel safe. A place where they can take their time, stretch out, ask for pets, and know that someone will always be there.
