Story
Tom was found by a resident in an apartment community I worked at. She had 2 dogs & she said he just strolled into her apartment & laid down. We put out flyers around the community & neighboring communities but no one claimed him & she could not keep him because she was already at the limit for pets. The picture she sent me was of him sitting in the sun & he coat appeared Blue which is why I named him Tom after agreeing to take care of him for her. I already had a cat and initially they got along but one day, my cat just decided he was not fond of him & I could not get them to stop fighting one another. Tom is a cuddle bug and an explorer & I have to keep them separated but I don’t have a large space or yard for them to run around freely without worrying about running into one another. He deserves a warm, loving, caring home that will allow him to explore all corners without worrying. I love him very much & am sad I have to do this but I want him to have better than what he has now.

Story
Wally and his sister Marta were rescued as kittens from my nearby Walmart. They were born to a feral mother cat and living in the outside garden center. Shoppers felt sorry for the kittens and fed them canned food under the plant displays. When I set traps for the kittens, I wasn’t sure they could be tamed, as they were approximately 3 months old at the time. But I worked with them over several weeks and even sent the to live temporarily with a family in order to socialize them to other people besides me. Wally came around beautifully. He’s a very lovable boy that crawls right into your lap for loving. His sister, Marta (also available), remains shy. She is smaller than Wally and always seemed to regard Wally as her protector. Wally currently lives in a bedroom along with other adult foster cats who have access to an outdoor catio.

Story
Poppy and her very handsome brother Gus (also solid white, with beautiful blue eyes) were living in a young girl’s bedroom at her mother’s home. Neither Poppy nor Gus had been spayed or neutered and were reaching the age where they'd be in danger of mating. Their owner could not afford their vetting and thought they deserved better than one small bedroom, so she posted them on a Facebook rehoming page. I knew they would be easy to place because re so beautiful, so I asked their first owner to drop them off at a vets where I paid for spay/neuter, vaccines, deworming, flea treatment and microchips. Poppy and Gus are bonded and must be adopted together. They currently live in a bedroom at my house where they have access to a large outdoor catio through a cat door. Because they are small cats and solid white, they’re easily spotted by predators and must be indoor-only cats. Also, both cats are extremely sensitive to fleas, so they must stay on flea prevention. They LOVE canned food!
