Hi, this is Jeff, originally my ex-wife's cat but I've been taking care of him since the divorce. He is ten years old. Unfortunately he's going to need a new home. I moved and I can't keep driving out here to check on him. Temperamentally he likes pets and will come up for pets but can also be a little bit of an independent grump and a baby but he's mellowed out a lot in the last year. Since he's been with me anytime I sit on the couch he comes right up to me and shoves his butt into me so I'll scratch his backside. He was very good with my son who just turned five. The most important thing is he was born on a farm and so he likes to go outside a lot when it's nice and wander around. He will follow you around if you're walking outside too though as he would follow right behind us as we walked our dog at the time, which always amused people who saw it. He is good with dogs if they are chill like my golden retriever is, though I don't know how he is with dogs that are less chill.

Figaro is 10 years old - I got him as a kitten from a friend who had barn cats. He literally loves everyone but would do best in a one cat home. We have 2 other cats and they are not getting along so are facing the difficult decision of rehoming him- he is spoiled and loves the comfort of being an indoor cat - he loves the sunshine too and one of his favorite things to do is lounge on our screened in patio. He loves to be picked up and talked to - he also loves his tower and cuddles in bed at night.

Garbanzo is outgoing and so much active fun, she loves her brother and people. She and her five siblings were born to a mother who was ousted from a apartment building with the mothers brother. Babies were born inside and thrown outside with the mother. We were able to rescue them from the apartments parking lot and have vetted and tested them and their mother and uncle. These babies are happy now and will be adopted with a sibling. I'd have to ask the foster which one is bonded to which ones. We are looking for indoor only homes for them, non smoking homes. Little six week old Marty was found in the middle of the street in downtown Detroit. He was alone, no other cats roaming around, just him. He was skinny and starving and cold. We took him in and the vet says for now he's showing Feline Leuk positive but when kittens are this young they can outgrow it. He's very active, very hungry and VERY HAPPY. He needs to be in a home for now with either a cat friendly dog and or cats who are positive. He's only 1.5 pounds right now, about six weeks old and snuggly and wants to be held a lot of the time.
