Story
Say hello to our P litter! These beautiful babies were pulled out of a drain system, where the momma cat had taken them to, thinking it was safe… right before a storm came.
Mom is a feral outside cat that has been running a neighbourhood along the Texas/Mexico border and having litter after litter, which is very normal for this area where hundreds of animals are euthanized weekly.
Pookie, Piglet, Piper, Perry, Puddles and Paxton are our gorgeous 7-week-old kittens that almost did not survive when some good Samaritans started pulling them out of the drainage system during a storm. The fire department was called but thankfully, they were all saved right before they got to the location. They were still very small and because was unable to be caught, the good Samaritans started bottle feeding them.
Now, they are on canned and dry food and absolutely thriving! There are 5 males and 1 female. Piper is the only female, and she is a diluted calico, the others are all orange/white short and medium length hair.
They are very active kittens and your typical kitten energy. Since they have been mostly hand raised, they are VERY use to humans and being around them.
They all enjoy their toys and running all over playing with them. If you’re looking for entertainment and lots of laughs, one or two of these kittens would be PERFECT for you.
They do not have to be adopted in pairs, but we do suggest having more than one as they can keep each other out of trouble and in good company.
They are all litter box trained!
These kitties would love growing up with children who handle them gently as they are very small right now (weighing between 1.7-2.2 lbs as of their vet visit on 6/6). Their current foster does have children, and the kittens love the kids!
They have not been closely introduced to dogs as they are still very small, but their dogs in the home and they are learning they are not bad. They can happily live with dogs in their forever home with patience and slow introductions.
These curious little rugrats love to get into everything they can and exploring everywhere. When they get tired of all their playing and adventures, they love to cuddle up wherever they can, whether its in your lap, in your arms or just somewhere comfortable.
You can’t go wrong when considering adopting these babies. They are full of love, life and so much joy.
These babies have age-appropriate vaccinations, been dewormed, current on flea prevention (advantage), FIV/FLV Tested Negative, will be microchipped and will receive a clean bill of health from a veterinarian prior to transport.
These animals are currently located in Texas, but we do NOT adopt animals out in Texas due to the hundreds of animals being euthanized here daily. We ONLY adopt in Central US and the East Coast.
The adoption fee listed INCLUDES transport from Texas to the location where this animal is posted in.
