Hello, I need urgent help rehoming a 5 1/2 year old neutered male cat. He lived outdoors for the past year, he is independent but still enjoys affection and cuddles once he trusts someone. He can hiss with strangers and dislikes carriers but is otherwise a normal cat. He would likely do best in a calm home or an indoor/outdoor environment with an experienced cat owner. I have only few days to find him a safe placement.

I’ve had kitty for 7 years. I got him from his mom when he was only 1 week old. I had to use a wet napkin to remove his poop because he still didn’t know how to pee or poop. I love this cat so much. Then I got another cat but they didn’t get alone well at the beginning but then he opened up to the new cat with no problem. Both boys. I had to give up the second cat because he wasn’t getting alone with my kitty. Now 4 uears have gone by after that. I now have a one year old and a 6 month old baby. After the kids got here, he has become very aggressive towards from but not towards me and my wife. It saddens me that I have to give him up but my kids safety means the world to me. He’s littered train, on a rare occasion he sprays outside he litter but that’s rare. He will definitely warm up to anyone who has the patience for him. He’s 7 years old
