Tabby kittens & cats in Scranton, Pennsylvania

I adopted Isabella in 2020. She was at a shelter and had just given birth to three kittens before being abandoned. She settled in beautifully with us, but our household has recently become very busy due to my husband's health. Because of his increasing care needs I have caregivers coming into my home 3 x week. That will soon increase to 5 days a week as his care needs increase. I know her well enough to know that she would be much better in a calm home with a quiet, predictable routine. I would really like to find her a loving home rather than have to place her in a shelter.Isabella is:• Sweet and loves to cuddle on the couch• Friendly and affectionate with adults• Spayed, fully vaccinated, and microchipped• Litter box trained, doesn't scratch furniture or climb on countertops/climb drapres• Best suited for a home without young childrenIsabella is a very sweet companion who just needs a calm environment. Luna is a product of a house with a lot of cats. She is very friendly, enjoys looking out the window and gets along great with other cats. Luna likes sitting on laps and getting pets!!! She has the cutest face. Pictures dont do her justice!!

Once he realizes you’re his person, his affectionate, goofy side comes out — and suddenly you’ve got a belly-rub-loving little best friend on your hands.One very important thing to know about Toby: no snack is opened without his supervision. The second he hears a bag of chips crinkle, he comes running to investigate. His funny little quirks are part of what makes him so lovable.Toby does well being home during longer workdays and currently lives with another cat and a large dog. He has received all of his initial vaccinations.Toby is located in northeastern PA and his owner is willing to travel for the right home ❤️

Meet Storm a 6 years old orange male Tabby. He loves to sit in his cat tower by the window. He’s an indoor cat but has been outside on a screen deck which he loved. Storm is a sweet heart and snuggle bug who loves to give kisses. He’s not a big fan of dogs and younger kids but would be ok if they are calm. Once he builds trust he such a cuddle boy. He is litter trained and loves his treats. Would love to find a family that is home more that can give him the attention he deserves. We will provide a cat carrier to take Storm home as well as food and treats to start.

She came to me as a sweet playful kitten. I had just moved and rescued her. She is very loving and deserves more time than I have to give her. I am gone almost all day, and she is alone. I hope someone can open their home and heart. She will make a great companion for someone home alot who understands cat language. She could stay on your lab purring away if you let her. She tolerates kids and dogs that leave her alone. I have an electric feeder, litter box, cat carrier, and toys.

Meet Remy!He is such a sweet, affectionate, and handsome young boy who loves to talk and craves attention. Rose is a beautiful 6-year-old tortie whose world changed when her elderly owner had to move into assisted living. After spending her life in the only home she knew, Rose suddenly found herself starting over — and she’s been showing us more of who she is as she settles into foster care. Rose is a low-key, independent lady who appreciates having a space of her own and the freedom to decide when she’s ready for attention. Once she feels comfortable, she seeks out affection from her humans and enjoys their company. She just likes having a say in the matter — very tortie of her! Although Rose lived as an only cat previously, we’ve learned that she can peacefully share her home with other cats when introductions are handled appropriately. She isn’t looking for a feline cuddle buddy or playmate, and if another kitty gets a little too close, Rose simply lets them know she’d prefer some personal space. We have not seen aggression from her — she just has boundaries and communicates them. Rose would thrive with someone who appreciates an independent cat and understands that trust doesn’t always happen overnight. Give her a comfortable place to settle in, allow her to move at her own pace, and let Rose show you the affectionate side she saves for the people she trusts. This beautiful ray of sunshine is Autumn. She is FULL of energy and will keep you busy and entertained. She loves a good snuggle and wil let you know when she's done. She can be a little chatty at times especially when she's asking for your attention. Autumn is curious makes friends with humans pretty quickly.  Autumn came into rescue in pretty rough shape as a baby. Her eyes and overall health  have improved tremendously. She was unfortunately diagnosed with both feline herpes and mycoplasma which means she can be a carrier for life. She would be best placed as an only kitty or with others like her.  ##1538884##
