Story
Walter is approximately 5 years old and I've had him for the past 2 years. He isn't anti-social, but he needs to be the one to come to you. He will bond with you, but he's very cautious and needs to take his time. While I am watching tv he will come up on the chair and rub his head on mine or go under the blanket and curl up on my side, and he likes to sleep on the bed with me. He likes to sit on the window sill and look outside but he has no interest in going outdoors. He eats well, is litter box-trained and is very healthy. When he is in the mood, he likes to chase a laser light. He also likes to open drawers, follow me around, but pretends that he is invisible and I don't see him, and sometimes just likes to talk. If you are looking for a cat who is playful, energetic and always affectionate, then he is not your guy. But if you are looking for a no-fuss companion, then he definitely fits that bill. He will do best with an older person or older couple.
