Courtesy Post: Owner Surrender/Rehoming- Knoxville, TN *This dog doesn’t belong to ASF and hasn’t been evaluated by ASF.* Meet Sumner! She is an 8 year old Australian Shepherd and weighs 50 lbs. She is spayed, up to date on shots, and on heartworm prevention. Sumner is nervous around strangers and younger children! She is good with older children! She hasn’t been tested around cats. No dogs, due to her reactivity! Sumner nipped a man working in the yard. She also nipped two kids who were running. Sumner takes medication for her hyperactivity. The owner is surrendering her because she nips other people and dogs. She needs to go ASAP! If you think you can provide a great home for Sumner, please contact the owner listed below. There is a $150 rehoming fee to assure good folks with good intentions. This fee will be donated to Australian Shepherds Furever for their assistance in placing Sumner. Story
Goose is an amazing dog who is currently 7 months old. Im going to be very picky on the home he goes to. Preferably I want him to have land to run around and play on. Other dogs is a plus and people that have a deep care for their animals. We had some unexpected events happen concerning my health and now because of financial reasons we are having to move and will not be able to take goose with us. He is very smart, very trainable, loves other dogs and has never tried to hurt anyone. He’s full of energy and love. He’s potty trained and can do a few tricks when treats are involved. I have a nice crate that I will give to whoever takes him. As well as a collar and leash, harness, plenty of treats, whatever food we have left for him at the time, and toys. I may be missing some stuff if you are interested shoot me a message! I am more than happy to answer any questions.
