Story
Tripp came from a recent hoarding case in Rhea County. There were over 100 animals in the home, including 71 dogs. Tripp had been living on a chain with only a tarp as shelter. He only has 3 legs (one rear leg was previously amputated). He was thrilled to meet his new foster family and is loving his access to a fenced in yard. He was covered in fleas and had massive matting. Tripp has not seen our vets for an exam yet. Prior to adoption, he will be neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm tested, and on flea/tick/heartworm prevention. Tripp needs an active family who will take him on adventures or who has a fenced in yard.

Story
We got Callie when she was 4 months old from a miniature Aussie dog breeder. She was born in April 2023. The dog breeder had a lot of small grandkids which the puppies were raised with and Callie loves kids! The issue is she has so much energy that she is always bouncing and running into them. I unfortunately don’t have the time to be able to train her like I would like too. She is a very sweet dog though. She loves to cuddle, play fetch/keep away and is obsessed with playing in water. She loves to run including running with four wheelers or dirt bikes. And likes to go on car rides. She is house trained, but has been an outside dog for the past 2 years. She is very high energy and needs a lot of attention. She does get along with other dogs, But she likes to be the boss. That being said if you have another dog you would need to feed them separately because she will try to distract them or keep them from eating. She’d rather they play 24/7. She needs someone who can give her attention

Story
Leo is a mini Australian Shepherd who turned 1 on March 28th. We got Leo at PetLand in August 2025. He is the sweetest boy that loves always being near his family. Leo is fully house trained, crate trained, and knows several tricks. His favorite activities are going on walks and running with dog friends at the dog park. He is incredibly smart and loves kisses and affection. Because of his breed, he loves playing outside and being very active. We have a small yard with aggressive dogs on either side, so Leo gets limited use of his yard. Our hope is that he would find a family that has plenty of room for him to run and play. We believe he would be so happy and thrive in that type of environment. He is the best companion, loves riding in the car, and will always be by your side. Leo does try to be the alpha in the family, so he needs a family experienced with this and this type of breed.

Story
As hard as it is for us to say, we're looking for a new home for our 2-year-old Australian Shepherd/Border Collie mix, Cali. Cali is beautiful, incredibly smart, and very sweet. She loves to play, loves to eat, and has so much potential. Unfortunately, she doesn't do well with young children and can be unpredictable with people at times. After a lot of love, training, and careful consideration, we've come to the heartbreaking realization that our family—with two young boys—isn't the right fit for her. Cali has received top-notch training from one of the area's best trainers, who has generously offered lifetime behavioral support to her next owner to help set both of them up for continued success. Unfortunately, with our family situation, we're not able to provide the consistency and environment she needs to continue thriving. Our biggest priority is finding her a loving home where she can be successful.

Story
After a rough start to life, these Aussie mix puppies are thriving in their foster home. They were dumped in rural Mississippi and found by a caring FedEx driver as they huddled on a trash pile on the side of the road. Now they have learned to trust people and love to play and snuggle. They will be ready for forever homes after 3/6. They are located in Memphis, but can be transported to the Midwest, Colorado and the Northeast for an additional fee.
