Freya is a loyal and loving, 2 year old, mixed breed, medium sized dog who's looking for a forever home 🐾❤️. She may take some time to warm up to new people and environments, but once she's comfortable, she's a joy to be around. Freya also loves playing with other dogs of all sizes! 🐾🐶. Freya is housetrained and has good indoor manners. She is also obediant and comes when called! Freya has a history of living sucessfully with multiple children but prefers calm to chaos! Don't we all?! Can you can give Freya the stability and life long commitment she yearns for? Augusta Dog Adoptions is a 501c3, foster-based rescue. We take applications online and schedule adoptions in Waynesboro, VA. A $175.00 adoption fee ($300 for puppies under 6 months old) helps us take care of all the dogs we rescue. All dogs are spayed/neutered, tested for heartworm and tick borne diseases (if old enough), microchipped, and vaccinated for rabies (if old enough), distemper/parvo and bordetella. They are also treated for internal and external parasites. Many dogs also receive extensive medical care such as dental work and major surgeries.
