PINTO IS IN A FOSTER HOME IN MEMPHIS, TN, AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED TO VA ONCE ADOPTED. Meet Pinto! His foster mom says Pinto and his brother Mango are both really affectionate and smart pups. They have just amazing personalities and temperaments. We think they’re border collie/lab mixes, as it seems they have those temperaments. Pinto is a genius pup! An A+ potty trainee, very social and loving, but also feels at home crating and settles easily. He does great with a routine, but honestly, Pinto can just go with the flow. He is an easy puppy and would do great in a family or solo owner —if you’re home all day or if you work all day, he really just wants someone to love on and really really loves to play fetch. He loves toys and balls and will tire himself out just fetching toys across the living room. He’s my lovey little bean! Adoption fee of $550 includes the transport to VA.  We use a licensed and registered USDA transport company that will bring Pinto up north to his new family. ROCKY IS IN HIS FOSTER HOME IN MEMPHIS, TN, AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED TO VA ONCE HE IS ADOPTED!    Hey I am Rocky!  I am a 17 week old Collie- Lab Mix. I weigh about 25lbs. My foster mommy tells me I am So adorable. Check out my amazing fur and mesmerizing eyes. She says I am a very good boy too. I love running and playing with my toys and fur siblings. I get along with other dogs I meet too. She says I am a good cuddle Buddy. If it involves me lounging on the couch, and getting loved on- I am good with that! I enjoy meeting new people, and I am good with kids. I love attention. I am kennel trained, and working hard on my house training. I tell you though- I am not a fan of this leash thing. My foster mommy says we will work on that. I am good on car rides. Let’s be real- I am the best boy and looking for my perfect forever home. This cute young man was thrown out at one of the favorite dumping areas to survive on his own. There are a few dogs there that people have been trying to catch but since he was new, he was easy. He has not learned how mean people can be yet. Santa is as sweet as can be and very well behaved. We took him to the vets and he is HW negative and is now neutered and UTD on vaccines. We will also microchip him. He is fine with other dogs and all people. He seems to be housetrained, as well. We are only guessing but he looks and sounds very much like border collie/basset hound and in that part of the mountain, it is likely. Abner came to us after being given away on social media at just 4 weeks old. He is now a year old and ready to find a forever home. He is about 45 lbs and growing. He is neutered, current on vaccinations, preventions and chipped. He is a fun pup who loves to play with his foster friends and toys. He would be a great addition to any family either with another dog already or a one dog family. Are you someone looking for an activity partner, Abner can be that dog! Abner is located in middle TN, but not to worry his transport is included in the adoption fee with Rescue Riders Transport to one of their delivery locations. We are happy to set up a virtual meet and greet with any approved application.

This beautiful girl was dumped off in the country where she stayed waiting for her owner to come back for a week. Most times she laid in the road and people had to drive around her. After a week someone called us and we went to get her. She is not only beautiful, but she is also smart and sweet. Unfortunately, she tested positive for heartworms when we took her to the vet. That was four months ago. She has now been fully treated and is ready to live a long, happy, healthy life with her new family. Irelyn is spayed and UTD on all vaccines. She loves walks, is good in the car and is housetrained. She is a dominant female so a home with easy going males would be fine. She loves to be brushed and enjoys zoomies around the yard.
