Meet Mr. Sparky, a fun-loving, 1-year-old Cattle Dog/Mastiff mix with a heart of gold and energy to spare! Weighing in at a magnificent 90 pounds, Sparky is a big, playful, enthusiastic young guy who loves to engage with his people and explore the world around him. He is neutered, knows basic cues like `sit` and `lay down,` and responds wonderfully to positive reinforcement treat training. Sparky is also a total breeze in the car, making him a great co-pilot for your next outdoor outing! Sparky previously thrived on open acreage where he had space to roam, run, and stretch his legs. Being a large, active boy, he needs a home that can match his exercise needs and give him plenty of physical and mental stimulation. Because leash walks currently involve a lot of strong pulling and he gets frustrated when put on a tie-out cable, a secure fenced yard or a property with room to move is ideal for him. With regular outlets for his energy and some consistent leash training, his natural sweetness truly shines. When it comes to other pets, Sparky enjoys playing hard with other dogs who can handle his bouncy, physical play style. He requires a feline-free home.
