Story
Rodney is a very curious, mischievous little guy who gets into everything, just like a little puppy. They say this guy is around 8 years of age and weighs 12 pounds, but he acts like a kid and he shows it by running a lot out of pure joy and fun and he adores being outdoors and laying in the sun. He is not good on a leash yet and is not housebroken but we are working on both. Cats are not welcome in his world at this point because he finds them strange and annoying.  But he redeems himself with a family by loving to cuddle and snuggle.  Can you believe that underbite he has?  I mean it is the first thing you sort of notice about him.  It might make him look tough but Rodney is a 'softie' through and through.  He is just an adorable, sweet pup and he deserves a much better home than the hoarding conditions that he came from.  Maybe you want to help him see the blessings of a new home and secure lifestyle.  He will make you laugh, he will make you smile and he will make you feel loved!  Please email Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrnewengland@gmail.com if you are interested in giving him a forever home.  Please tell us the city and state that you live in when you write to us. PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.May 28, 2024, 12:37 pm

Story
Sam Silver is a handsome and most unusually colored Chihuahua boy that is only 5 years old and a perfect size at just 12 pounds.  This boy is an athlete and can climb any mountain and jump across any river.  Thus we call him .....a little escape artist. He loves being outside and laying in the sun where he is cultivating his summer tan.  This guy gets along with people, other dogs but has decided that cats are NOT his cup of tea.  He loves to terrorize the foster cats who are smart, fast and not about to get caught. If they leave his room then he is fine.  That is all he wants.  Sam Silver is good on a leash and we are working on housebreaking. He’s a snuggler both on the couch and as a bed bug under the covers at nighttime. He’s just so much fun to watch as he explores this new foster home after he escaped the tiny God forbidden shelter he was in because his owner was a terrible hoarder with a nasty environment.  He deserves a peaceful and fun family.  Is that you?  Please email us at ccrnewengland@gmail.com if you are interested.  Please tell us where you live, city and state.  We transport from Tennessee to many places in the northeast.    PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.May 28, 2024, 12:37 pm

Story
This is our boy that we call Grateful Gibbs and he is truly just that.  He knows that he spent his first year of life in a rather chaotic and barely attentive backyard breeder environment.  The woman finally admitted that she didn’t want to keep breeding and has allowed Critter Cavalry Rescue to take her leftovers that were never adopted as puppies. The woman had a baby and then had no time for the dogs she was supposed to be breeding and getting the puppies adopted.  Nothing wrong with Grateful Gibbs except that he lived a good deal of the time with little attention and mostly in a large crate.  Boy is he forever “grateful” to be out of that terrible house and being offered to a good family that Critter Cavalry Rescue has promised to find for him. He is just ONE YEAR OLD and only 10 pounds.  He is shy at first because he has had such limited exposure to people other than the woman and her family at the breeder home.   This boy call Gibbs, is not totally housebroken but a bellyband worn for a while will help in the learning process.  Once he has time to learn a new house routine and a bathroom schedule is established, then he will be fine.  Our boy is fully grown and will not be any bigger than 10 pounds.  Young and needing love we are seeking someone that can give Gibbs what he has never had.  Unconditional love and commitment.  Please write to us at Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrnewengland@gmail.com Gibbs slowly warms up to you, but once he does, it is on.  This boy is your best friend.  He is super duper smart, catches on quickly.  Gibbs loves other dogs, gets along well with cats, and loves humans.  Riding in a car is one of his favorite things and he is always out for an adventure.  Gibbs is one years of age and with his breed and size, he has many years ahead.  He is neutered, UTD on all vaccinations, HW negative, and healthy as can be.  Gibbs uses the puppy pad, but foster mom is working on housebreaking. .  But as smart as he is – he is quickly learning to go outside. PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.May 28, 2024, 12:37 pm
