She’s an older girl who moves at her own gentle pace and is looking for a calm, patient adopter who will give her time to blossom. Polly is shy at first and can be easily overwhelmed, so she’ll do best in a quiet adult home without children, and is  especially weary and unsure around men, likely due to her past. She’ll need a patient, understanding family—ideally with at least one woman in the home—who can help her continue building confidence. With love and reassurance, she’ll slowly discover that people can be safe and kind. She’s ready for a fresh start with someone who believes in her. Please contact Jamesa (roxysrescue@yahoo.com), 713-882-2610 for more information about this pet.If you are looking for a cuddle buddy look no more.  HILTON is your guy, he cuddles very softly and quietly.  And if not cuddling with you he is a great playmate with the other small breed dogs. HILTON is 5 years old and 7 pounds and just has a really great temperament and house manners.  I can trust him home alone with my personal dogs while I am gone.  He is very crate trained though  Those are not very good pictures of him and they make him look bigger than he is.  I will get more pictures of him soon. He walks very well on a leash, no pulling and rides in the car without getting sick.  If you are interested in adopting HILTON, please submit an application on the website below.  Thank you. www.roxysk9rescue.org     ADOPTION FEE & APPLICATION REQUIRED   Roxxy's K-9 Rescue does not have a shelter, all of our dogs are raised in foster homes.  Each dog comes  spay/neutered (fixed), rabies shots appropriate for their age, and dewormed twice.  The dogs are up to date on vaccinations according to their age at the time of adoption.  They are microchipped, heartworm tested and on monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventative.  ALL OF THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE ADOPTION FEE. We transport across the United States. Medical records will come with each dog at the time of adoption.
