Playful and social, Cocoa enjoys romping with other dogs, but she’s just as capable of entertaining herself when her friends need a break. When the adventures are over, she’s perfectly content curling up beside you on the couch for some quiet companionship. She can be a bit startled by unexpected noises and may respond with a few barks, and she tends to be cautious around new people. Tiny Teddy is the cutest 12-year-old, 6.8-pound boy!  He loves to snuggle and be held by his people.  Teddy is fostered with other pups, and he does fine with them. Teddy is house trained.  He is quiet when left alone so condo friendly. Teddy has a persistent cough due to a collapsing trachea, but with daily meds it is easily managed.  He just wants LOVE, and who can resist this tiny toy poodle.  He is fostered in Alexandria, VA. Freddy is a young pup with a big personality who’s ready to join you on life’s adventures! This little fluffball may have started life with some challenges, but thanks to his loving foster family, he’s blossomed into a happy and playful companion. At just under a year old, Freddy is slowly catching up on how to be a well-behaved pet! He loves other dogs (big or small), enjoys his walks, and has endless enthusiasm for toys and playtime. He’s crate-trained, does well being left alone, is learning outdoor potty habits, and faces bath time like a champ. Freddy's time as a stray and at a shelter has left him with some trust, confidence, and guarding issues, but like many young pups, he’s still learning about sharing and respecting boundaries. In the short time he's spent with his foster family, he has responded positively to his foster family's training to overcome his challenges. He’ll thrive with a patient, dog-savvy adopter who understands what it takes to build trust and is willing to continue guiding him as he grows into the best version of himself.
