Meet Balenciaga — big, beautiful, and effortlessly charming.Balenciaga is a 4-year-old mixed breed girl who has just arrived at the shelter and is already winning hearts. This friendly, people-loving lady enjoys leisurely walks and quality hang-out time with her humans. She’s happy to stroll by your side, take in the world, and then settle in for some good company.Though she’s still new to shelter life, we’re beginning to see flashes of her silly, playful personality peek through — little moments that hint at the fun girl she’ll become once she’s comfortable. At four years old, Balenciaga is past the chaotic puppy phase and brings a more balanced, easygoing energy to the table.If you’re looking for a confident companion who’s equal parts graceful and goofball, Balenciaga might just be your perfect match. All she needs now is a loving home to help her fully shineThis sweet girl recently met some social dogs at our shelter and did fine.  She wasn’t ready to play, but she tolerated our silly helper dog.  We hope that as she gets more experience in our shelter playgroups, she’ll be ready to show us her silly side with other dogs.  Looking for a buddy for your dog?  Bring him/her to the shelter for a meet and greet and see if we`re a match!  Check out her playgroup video here:To meet me, visit the Bradshaw Animal Shelter Tuesday-Sunday, Noon - 5:00 pm, Wednesdays, Noon - 6:00 pm. All adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis. To help expedite the meet and greet process, please make note of my Animal ID number, and those of other dogs you might be interested in meeting. Be sure to bring your ID with you, too. Meet Dixie 🎶🐶 Dixie is a 4-year-old Treeing Walker Coonhound, and she is all hound through and through! 👃🐾 One of her favorite things is showing off her signature hound bay 🎵—so be prepared for some classic hound vocals! Dixie came into the shelter as a stray with her daughter, Cammie 💕. She does well with polite, neutered male dogs 🐕✅ but isn’t a fan of other female dogs, aside from her daughter. Dixie knows what she likes and prefers to keep her circle small. This lovely hound could use some leash manners and basic obedience training 🎓🦴, but she’s a smart girl who will benefit from consistency and patience. A home without cats is recommended 🚫🐱. Dixie would do best with older, respectful children 👧🧒 who understand boundaries. No small, fast-moving kids, please—she prefers a calmer environment. Personality-wise, Dixie is very much a “live and let live” kind of gal 🌿. She doesn’t need to be the center of attention and isn’t a big cuddler, but she’s happy to coexist, do her own thing, and enjoy life at her own pace.
