Say Hello to Alfie! Your Goofy, Bouncy Best Friend is Here! Meet Alfie—a big, lovable goofball with a heart as big as his paws! This sweet boy came to IACS in rough shape, arriving with an embedded shock collar that required immediate surgery. Alfie is now fully healed and thriving. He’s got a scar under his neck, but you’d never know it from his joyful spirit—he’s all wiggles, love, and zoomies! Alfie is around 1 year old and all puppy energy! He’s the kind of dog who barrels into life headfirst—literally—because he hasn’t quite figured out how big he is yet. He loves running around the yard, playing with dog friends, and just generally being the life of the party. He’d do great in a home with a fenced yard and other playful pups to romp with. With those long legs and high-flying hops, we think Alfie may have Olympic dreams—Hound Olympics 2028, here he comes! High jump, long jump, couch jump—you name it, he’s ready. Alfie is currently hanging out at the House of Hounds and fitting right in. We’re still learning more about him, but so far, he’s proving to be a social, silly, and super sweet boy. And the best news? He’s already neutered and ready to roll! If you’re looking for a dog who will keep you laughing and love you with his whole goofy heart, Alfie is your guy.
