He’s a shy boy who finds the world a little overwhelming — new people, new places, even everyday noises can make him nervous. But once he trusts you, Oliver’s true self shines through: a sweet, snuggly companion who just wants to sit by your side and soak up your love. Oliver is dog-friendly and does best in a calm home with no kids (or older, dog-savvy kids). He’s kennel trained, and because he’s a flight risk when startled, a secure fenced yard is absolutely required. He isn’t the dog you’ll take everywhere — but he is the dog who will happily curl up with you and give you the perfect excuse to skip the party and stay home together. He specializes in bathroom support, so no more lonely days of going to the restroom by yourself. Duckie will provide random self configuring obstacle course, especially in high traffic areas such as the kitchen or hallway. Visual aides can be provided. Duckie will ensure no cold bed sheets ever. You will have the privilege of a warm bed with Duckie by your side. It should also be noted he is of Hufflepuff Lineage. 👉 Duckie was voted most handsome and most likely to be your best friend. As most best friends go, Duckie is house trained, doesn't make a peep in his crate, and provides loyal companionship, while still being gentle and kind. He currently shares a home with 3 dogs that are on the medium to extra large size. He has learned the toddler is a treat dispenser and loves to share space with the kiddo. He’s learned the toddler will provide extra snacks and hugs, and isn't bothered if she steals his bed or trips over him. ✅️✅️ Duckie Von Winthrope III was labeled by the shelter as Stafford terrier mix and his foster suspects basset hound genes.
