I love to swim, make friends with other dogs, and explore the world around me. I was found discarded in a construction area with my best friend… he got adopted, and now it’s my turn. I’m vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed, and I’m even working with a trainer so I can be the very best addition to your family. I’ve got the love, the loyalty, and the playful spirit – all I need is you. And guess what? I can be adopted out of state and even to Canadian adopters, so no matter where you are, we can still find our way to each other. Smiley is such a perfect name for this 5 month old male Beagle mix.  He has that smile gene & shows all his front teeth when he smiles for you.  Smiley is about 20 lbs., currently & we're guessing that he'll be in the 25-30 lb. range, full grown.  This boy is very friendly & is what we'd describe as normal puppy energy.  If you're interested in adopting Smiley call Friends for Animals to arrange a meet/greet appt.  Phones are answered Noon-3 pm Tues., Thur., Fri. & Sat.  Please call before you visit to make sure Smiley is available.February 26, 2026, 10:23 pm
