Hi, my name is Kevin. I was born on the streets with my friends Milkshake and French Fry. I am now looking for a forever home. I have adjusted well to life indoors and I have always lived with other cats. I like my foster mom's older dog and with time I could probably get used to the younger ones. When you get close to me you will notice my eyes look different. One is crossed and the other isn't. I like to talk and I like to be petted. If you're not petting me, I will rub your legs until you do. I'm working on lap sitting. I don't get up there on my own, but if you put me there, I will stay as long as you pet me. We regretfully need to re-home Harley because my husband developed an allergy to cats about a year ago and it has gotten much worse. We adopted her when she was 6 months old in 2016 from the Humane Society she is now 8 years old. She has never clawed any furniture she is strictly an indoor kitty she has no desire to go outside. You can leave your doors open and she may sit by the door but she never goes beyond it. She loves to snuggle in bed with you at night. But mostly stays in the room during the day. She is a really good kitty. She will be very shy at first but will come around.

de Oro (of gold) was taped into a cardboard box and left outside an office. He is very shy, but totally sweet-natured ... in no way aggressive. Having said that, he behaves almost feral if you try to pick him up. He is beautiful and has amazingly soft hair and purrs whenever he is pet ... loves the attention ... but is still working on coming out for attention. He is 5-7 years old. Like most rescues, we don't believe he is a purebred anything, but he is so non-aggressive, so soft and has tufts of white coming out of his ears ... like a small Maine Coon. He has white at his throat. He keeps getting prettier and rubs against my legs when feeling confident.. He loves to be around the other non-aggressive cats, but won't defend food against the aggressive ones. On the other hand, he loves Fancy Feast!. We consider de Oro a "project" since we expect him to continue getting prettier and more loving ... but have no idea how long that will take. It won't happen in rescue with other cats. Phoenix is a black tuxedo with a beautiful face, white feet and green eyes. One person suggested he looked like Charlie Chaplin with mustache and beard. He is just over 9 pounds, neutered and microchipped 9-22-23. Preston is being leash-trained and understands "leave it!" He is social and usually meets people well. He can be seen at My Pet Market Shea and Scottsdale Roads 2nd and 4th Sundays until adopted. He was rescued from Phoenix at about 3 weeks after mother disappeared and siblings were dying.
