-Name: Layla-Personality: A loving, caring, and very affectionate cat who thrives on attention and companionship.-Home: Layla needs to be the only cat in the household, as she doesn’t do well with other cats.-With Dogs: She will hide if a dog approaches her, so a calm or dog-free home is ideal.-Vocal: Layla is very talkative and will happily “chat” with you throughout the day. -Health: She is spayed and fully up to date on all her shots and vaccinations.-Travel: She handles long-distance car rides very well and doesn't get car sick. -Habits: Loves taking naps and will happily sleep in bed with you—she’s a great cuddle companion.-Grooming: She doesn’t like having her nails trimmed by owner but will let the groomer cut her nails. She is also great with taking baths.-Overall: Layla is a truly sweet and cat who deserves a loving, caring home where she can be the center of attention.Please help Layla find the forever home she deserves 💛 thank you!

Story
We got this beautiful male cat at 7 weeks old in 2021. He is half Khao Manee (a rare Thai breed) and half Turkish Angora. We paid a fair amount for him. Unfortunately he never got along that well with our older female tabby but they tolerate each other. He's always been a very healthy, a good eater, and lively fellow who provides a lot of entertainment (like chasing his own tail, playing with cat toys, etc). He scares easily so it's probably best he isn't in a home with other animals. Sadly we are moving to Thailand and we don't think he would do well on the trip. He doesn't like being in a carrier or going in the car, unlike our other cat. We don't want to put him through the ordeal of the trip (2 long flights, total 24 hours of travel), so we thought we would look for re-homing options in the Orange County area. Just trying to see if we can find the right situation for him as that would give us peace of mind that he's going to a good home and will be well taken care

Kenya is a shy girl who comes out of her shell when playing and around other cats! Though a little slow to warm up, she loves to explore and meet other cats, and will come up to you for pets (and pudding) when the time is right. Kenya would do best in a home with another cat (or cats!) for her to play with and entertain herself, and a lot of toys for her to play with! Piso was a very angry girl when she first arrived at the shelter. All the strange noises and new surroundings were pretty scary. But it didn`t take too long before she realized being at the shelter wasn`t all scary. There were the volunteers visiting her to see how she was settling in. And so many yummy treats! Now Piso enjoys visitors, especially if they offer pets. Or snacks. Those might be 2 of her favorite things at the moment. We don`t think she`s a big fan of other cats. If they keep their distance she`s ok, but if they get too close she will hiss at them and fortunately walk away. Piso would do best in a quieter home with someone who understands it might take her time to adjust. Change can be scary and this sweetheart isn`t in a hurry to jump into new situations.
