Ivy is a beautiful, fluffy tabby with the sweetest little face, tiny ears, fabulous catfish-like whiskers, and soft green eyes. Her beauty isn’t the bold, striking kind—it’s gentle and subtle, the kind that grows on you until you can’t imagine the room without her in it. Ivy is a silly, fairly round girl, and her extra fluff certainly adds to the adorable package. But what she really wants is something simple: to be close to her person. She loves following her human through the day, rubbing against their legs as if to say, “Hi, I’m here!” She’s the perfect little companion for someone who enjoys having a furry friend nearby. When she’s not keeping her human company, Ivy can usually be found enjoying a peaceful window nap, watching the world go by from her cozy perch. She also loves spending time with her best friend, Krewella. The two have wonderfully gentle, nonaggressive play dates filled with all the silly, perfectly normal antics that make cats so entertaining. Ivy deserves a home of her very own—a place where she can settle in, feel safe, and be loved for the soft, silly, affectionate girl she is. And if that home could include her best friend Krewella, it would be even more special. If you’re looking for a sweet companion who will happily weave herself into the little moments of your everyday life, Ivy may just be your girl. --- Ivy has been around cats in their foster home and she does very well in that environment! Meet Zoey, a gorgeous patchwork kitty with a fluffy raccoon tail! Adoption Application: https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/ROSE/Cat --- Zoey became a mama kitty when she was just a kitten herself, living out on the streets of Houston. She was brought in by a wonderful family with her kitten Rumi, and has been loving the good life indoors! She's definitely ready to find a home of her own where she will only know love from now on. This petite little gal LOVES to snuggle in your lap. She is patient with her human foster sister, who is a young toddler, and is fine being held. She isn't a fan of the family dog and does OK with other cats, but would also be just fine as the only pet in your home! She would also do great if adopted with her tortie kitten Rumi (F). If you are looking to give a sweet kitty a second chance at life, Zoey would be a great pick. She is still young and playful but out of the mischievous "teenage phase", cuddly, well-mannered and good with kids, and she's absolutely adorable (you have to see her fluffy raccoon tail, trust me..!)
