Story
We adopted Millie about 5 years ago when we were newlyweds. She is a very sweet cat, a good lap cat and always wants to be where her people are. We have really enjoyed her over the years, but now that we have a 7 month old baby, we can’t juggle caring for a cat as well. She does sometime urinate inappropriately when she is stressed, so we have had to keep extra pee pads around the house for that but have found ways to mitigate it. Usually she just gets stressed if we are away traveling and she is alone for multiple days.

Story
Meet Sirius — The Spicy Little Star!Sirius is a bold, bright, and occasionally spicy girl who came to us as a stray, so her past is a bit of a mystery. What we do know is that she’s full of personality and needs a home that understands the wonderful world of cat body language. When she’s comfortable, she can be sweet and social — but she also isn’t shy about letting you know when she needs space! This smart, spirited kitty will do best in a calm home with kids 10 and up, where her boundaries can be respected and her signals recognized. She’ll also need very slow, patient introductions to any resident pets so she can adjust at her own pace.Sirius is currently experiencing ongoing weight loss, so she’ll need regular veterinary care to help keep her healthy and feeling her best.If you’re looking for a unique, expressive cat with a little extra zing — and you’re excited to learn her language — Sirius may be the perfect match. She’s ready for someone who will appreciate her spicy charm and help her shine!City of Everett residents will be required to purchase a $30 pet license at the time of adoption.
